I’m here to help you, or someone significant in your life, negotiate life’s milestones & curveballs. Maybe you’re the primary caregiver for a loved one, maybe you’re trying to navigate grief or other emotional trauma, or maybe you want to help a special young woman celebrate the onset of her period in one of my bonding BeYOUtiful sessions. Maybe you just need to learn how to be kinder to yourself?

Acknowledging any of these things a great step first step. Make carving out time for yourself, or a loved one, your second. See you soon.

Meet Jacqui

Jacqui O’Connor

Kia Ora, I’m Jacqui O’Connor. I’ve been a Registered Nurse for 25 years, working with women & families & in psychosocial nurse management. Through my own lived experience, I’ve discovered the benefits of working with healing & mindset modalities & find joy in sharing the tools I’ve mastered with others.

My ultimate passion is to care for the Carer & young sensitives, as these wonderful individuals are the people who deal with our most vulnerable citizens–our children, the sick, & the elderly. I believe that with holistic support our carers will be better equipped to handle the demands of their vital roles.

And how much better would that be for both the Carer & the Recipient of their care?

Whether your a mom, dad or young woman looking to learn more menstrual cycle – we’ve got the workshop for you:

  • Nurse Jacqui’s Empowered Cycle Workshops
  • Nurse Jacqui’s Dad and Daughter Workshops
  • Nurse Jacqui’s Empowered Hormone Workshops

Nurse Jacqui’s workshop are for young women and a significant female in their lives. These workshops takes the worst about being a woman and turns it into the best thing. I urge others to stop treating periods like the nature’s consolation prize for woman, banishing the notion that hormones reduce us to being random emotional rollercoasters. The truth is, the menstrual cycle has benefits – big fantastic, daily, monthly, even lifelong benefits.

Jacqui is driven and passionate about caring for the carer and making a positive impact through the workshops and healing she provides. Her own experience, intuition and empathy make for a beautiful combo. If you need a top up in your energy and need to reconnect with the essence of you, I’d highly recommend a session with Jacqui at Heart Place. Not only is Jacqui and amazing support and cheerleader, but a fantastic healer too. Thanks Jacqui.

Amy – Auckland

In this crazy busy stressful life, I lead, Jacqui has given me the tools for better balance and importantly inner peace. Her approach is realistic and easy to put into everyday practice. I’m also a health professional and raising a disabled child. Jacqui’s philosophy of ‘caring for the carers’ is wonderful! For the first time, I’m learning and giving myself permission and tools from her to learn to look after myself…from the inside out. Thank you for being you, Jacqui!

Rebekah – Auckland

Jacqui and Lyn-Marie are a powerful team. From the moment, they arrived at our school, they made the girls and I feel completely at ease, and infused every minute of our time together with love, a sense of fun and playfulness. Both women offer great tools, wisdom and talents that are completely different, but extraordinarily complimentary, to one another’s skillset, and I was blown away by the magic and the professionalism they showed – not an easy mix to create! The girls’ comments afterward confirmed that this was one of the best days they have had at school yet, and it is beautiful to see them integrate what they learned from Jacqui and Lyn-Marie into their everyday life. These two beautiful women cannot come with a higher recommendation from me and the girls they worked with at Kristin.
